Devon Spencer

Overview

Devon Spencer is a detail-oriented transactional attorney who currently practices in the areas of corporate law, intellectual property law and entertainment law.  Mr. Spencer is licensed to practice law in the states of California and Florida where he has represented numerous start-ups and emerging businesses across a broad range of industries.  He is experienced in trademarks, copyrights, and licensing, in addition to matters of corporate structuring, mergers and acquisitions, financing, partnerships and other transactional matters common to emerging businesses.  Mr. Spencer has also represented artists, publishers and record labels.  

Mr. Spencer has spent time working at several talent management firms, providing him a better understanding of the inner-workings of the entertainment industry.  Prior to joining Eandi Fitzpatrick, Mr. Spencer previously worked in the in-house legal department for a multinational construction corporation in Florida, focusing on high value infrastructure constructions agreements, as well as commercial leasing and IT agreements.  He eventually moved to California to pursue his passion for start-ups and intellectual property law.

Currently, Mr. Spencer is active in the entertainment and start-up communities in the LA area and maintains an active entrepreneurial network in Florida.  He has been working extensively in connecting entrepreneurs in Miami with the Silicon Beach and Silicon Valley communities of California.
